We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote locations.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (with some exceptions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your StyleHub purchases as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Some items are marked as “final sale” and cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards for our community, these items cannot be returned:
- Gifts & Merchandising items (personalized or custom products)
- Souvenirs & Gifts with special commemorative designs
- Any items marked as “final sale” during promotional events
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your request
- Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your return using the provided shipping label (return shipping costs may apply)
- Receive confirmation once we process your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt)
Return Shipping Information
- Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
- Defective/Damaged Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we approve your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days may be required by your financial institution
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed. Shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates.
